Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Arusha → Tarangire NP → Karatu
You'll be picked up from the hotel in Arusha/airport.
You'll enter Tarangire National Park. Tarangire is renowned for its large herds of elephants, often seen bathing in the Tarangire River. Look out for other wildlife such as giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and occasionally cheetahs and leopards. With over 500 bird species, Tarangire offers excellent birdwatching opportunities. Keep an eye out for the vibrant, yellow-collared lovebird and the striking lilac-breasted roller. The park's landscape is dotted with ancient baobab trees and vast savannah plains, creating picturesque views throughout your game drives.
You'll have a picnic lunch in the park.
You'll continue exploring Tarangire and spot more wildlife as you venture deeper into the park.
You will drive to your hotel in Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Karatu to Serengeti National Park
Karatu → Central Serengeti
You'll have an early breakfast at the hotel.
You will depart for Serengeti National Park (approximately 5 hours).
You will have a picnic lunch en route.
You will continue a transfer and wildlife viewing, spotting the animals like elephant, buffalo, leopard and other wildlife.
Your dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park to Karatu
Central Serengeti → Karatu
You will have an early morning wildlife viewing in Serengeti; the best time to see predators in action.
You will enjoy a picnic breakfast in the park.
You will continue wildlife viewing.
You will have a picnic lunch in Serengeti.
You'll depart Serengeti and head towards Karatu (approximately 5 hours' drive).
Your dinner and overnight stay will be at Karatu Hotel.

Day 4: Karatu / Ngorongoro Crater / Arusha
Karatu → Ngorongoro Crater → Arusha
You'll have breakfast at the hotel.
You'll drive to Ngorongoro gate (about 20 minutes drive).
You'll descend into Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive, exploring its unique ecosystem and spotting wildlife, including the Big Five.
You'll have a picnic lunch inside the crater.
You will continue wildlife viewing.
You'll ascend the crater and transfer to Arusha (approx. 3 hours drive).
